You’ve head it so many times, “You are what you eat.” but have you ever really thought about what it means? And do you remember to think about it when you’re making your ever more important food choices at the shop?

Organic eaters are statistically healthier than non organic eating people; they’re leaner and live longer and organic foods vastly reduce your exposure to pesticides and other chemicals.
